About Us

Dr. Shadid is born and raised in Oklahoma. He attended the University of Oklahoma and then he graduated at the top of his class from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Science Center in Oklahoma City. He is board-certified in family and preventative medicine. He is the recipient of the Reader’s Choice Award for 'Top Family Medicine Physician' in the State of Oklahoma, in 2018, 2019, and 2020. He was awarded ‘Physician of the Year’ by 405 Magazine in 2020.

Dr. Shadid has a special interest in cosmetic and aesthetic services. He has undergone advanced training in these services including laser therapy, botox/fillers, and minimally invasive surgeries such as radiofrequency skin tightening and liposuction. He has also had advanced training in hormone replacement therapy.

Dr. Shadid is married to his wife Katy and they have three Kids: Micah, Noelle, and Layla. He is an active member at Crossings Community Church and serves on the board of directors at the Crossings Community Medical Clinic.

Hey there! My name is Morgan Fowler. I am the COO here at Contour. I am also a nurse injector as well as a licensed esthetician. My favorite services to perform are Botox, lip filler and Morpheus8 (Radiofrequency Microneedling). I also love to assist Dr. Shadid with all of our BodyTite and FaceTite cases. I grew up in Moore, Oklahoma where I attended Southmoore High School. My whole life, I’ve been inspired by makeover shows like “What Not to Wear” where people make small changes to their look that make a HUGE difference in how they feel in their own skin. I decided to become an esthetician in 2016 so that I could help people achieve their skin goals as well as a professional bridal airbrush make-up artist. Pretty quickly into my aesthetics and makeup career, I developed an interest in the art of injectables and decided to get my RN license. Upon graduation from nursing school, I immediately started taking courses on injecting Botox and dermal fillers and haven’t looked back since. The only thing I love more than a good before and after, is seeing the joy and confidence in my clients when they see their results. Can’t wait to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Morgan Abla. I am a Registered Nurse & Licensed Esthetician. I have been an esthetician since 2018. Once I graduated and passed the NCLEX I began working at OU Medical in the operating room and continued to do esthetic work on the side. After working in the hospital setting, I quickly realized skincare was my sole passion and I haven’t looked back since! In my down time I enjoy playing disc golf with my husband and spending time outdoors with my two Australian Shepard’s Chevy and Jameson. I look forward to seeing all of you very soon!

Hello! My name is Callie Black. I am the newest member of the team and get the chance to
interact with all of our clients when they are in the office or when they call in. I converted from client to employee
because I not only love the services that Contour Oklahoma provides but the staff here is top-notch and after 15
years of being a stay-at-home mom, this was the very best place to get me back into work!

I grew up in Midland, Texas where I met my husband in 2002 and married in 2005. We have two amazing boys,
Gibson is 15 and Chad is 13, and two precious long-haired dachshunds, Kevin and Stanley. After being a
stay-at-home mom and running my photography business I decided, on a whim, to take on the role of the front office
for Contour and I have been nothing but ecstatic about my decision. The staff here makes coming into work every
day so much fun and our clients are incredible.

Hi guys! I’m Madie! I am Dr. Shadid’s official scribe but I also act as an internal float for Shadid Medical Group. I assist in all of our BodyTite cases. I LOVE getting to be a part of the journey to finding confidence for so many people. That’s definitely my favorite part of my job.

I grew up in Choctaw, OK where I attended Carl Albert High School. I am currently pursuing a degree in health sciences at the University of Central Oklahoma! My golden retriever, Sully, keeps me very busy!

Hey! My name is Shayna Hard and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I was born and raised in Oklahoma (Go Pokes!) and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with my Master of Science in Nursing degree. I have worked in healthcare since 2011 with experience in orthopedics, pediatrics, Neonatal ICU, PreOp, and infusions. I am married to my best friend and we have a daughter and two fur babies. I enjoy spending time with my little family, being outdoors, and sitting down watching a good true crime show with a big glass of wine. My love of performing procedures is what brought me to the aesthetics world doing Botox and lip filler injections. I truly enjoy helping my patients achieve their aesthetic goals and boosting their self confidence!

My name is Brianna Farley and I am a Registered nurse of 5 years. I started working in pediatrics at OU children’s hospital and eventually went into newborn care at Integris where you can still find me 3 days a week.

I decided to become a nurse injector and I am so excited to further my experience and knowledge in this field. I am passionate about field of Aesthetics and am hoping to eventually make it my sole career so I can have more time with my husband and our two daughters.

In my free time I enjoy letting my toddler pick out our daily activities and rolling with her flow as well as sneaking in date nights when I can.

My name is Hannah Thomas and I’ve been a registered nurse for two years now after graduating from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2021. Now I’m back to my roots here in OKC and serving my community! Going through nursing school I quickly realized two things: I like making people feel empowered and I like adrenaline— which is why I’m also an ER nurse. Education is key in both nursing fields I work in which is why I continue to shadow, take courses, and learn from my peers. When I’m not in the office I am spending time with my fiancé, binge watching reality tv, or planning my next vacation. I can’t wait to meet you!
